Mange tror at man m\u00e5 unng\u00e5 retinol om sommeren, men dette er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis tilfellet. Hvis huden din er tilvendt retinol og du er forsiktig med solen, kan du fortsatt bruke produkter med retinol i sommerm\u00e5nedene.<\/p>\n<p>Tips:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bruk solkrem med SPF50 p\u00e5 dagtid.<\/li>\n<li>Bruk en solhatt for ekstra beskyttelse.<\/li>\n<li>Unng\u00e5 \u00e5 v\u00e6re i solen midt p\u00e5 dagen n\u00e5r den er sterkest.<\/li>\n<li>Bruk retinol p\u00e5 kvelden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Kan man starte p\u00e5 retinol om sommeren?<\/h4>\n<p>Hvis du er helt ny til retinol og vurderer \u00e5 starte n\u00e5 i sommer, b\u00f8r du begynne forsiktig. Det er vanlig \u00e5 oppleve r\u00f8dhet, irritasjon og sensitivitet n\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst starter p\u00e5 et slikt produkt. Huden trenger tid til \u00e5 tilpasse seg retinol, s\u00e5 det er lurt \u00e5 begynne med en lav konsentrasjon og gradvis bygge opp toleransen. Alle hudtyper trenger nok fuktighet. Selv om huden kan bli mer oljete p\u00e5 sommeren, kan fet hud ogs\u00e5 bli dehydrert. N\u00e5r huden mangler fuktighet, kan den overkompensere for denne mangelen ved \u00e5 produsere mer olje. For \u00e5 holde huden balansert og sunn, bruk en lett fuktighetskrem. Dette vil bidra til \u00e5 regulere oljeproduksjonen og kan forhindre uren hud.<\/p>\n<h4>Myte 3: Solkrem gir kviser og uren hud<\/h4>\n<p>En vanlig bekymring er at solkrem kan gi kviser og uren hud. Men hvis du velger en solkrem som er tilpasset hudtypen din, spesielt hvis du har en fetere hud, er ikke dette et problem. En solkrem som er formulert for din hudtype vil ikke tette porene og for\u00e5rsake kviser. For \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 den oppgitte SPF-beskyttelsen p\u00e5 makeup-produktene, m\u00e5 du bruke mye mer enn det som normalt p\u00e5f\u00f8res av makeup. Makeup med solfaktor b\u00f8r sees p\u00e5 som et ekstra lag med beskyttelse, ikke som en erstatning for solkrem. Bruk derfor alltid en bredspektret solkrem med minst SPF 30 under sminken.<\/p>\n<h3>Myte 5: Det holder \u00e5 sm\u00f8re seg med solkrem \u00e9n gang om dagen<\/h3>\n<p>Solkrem mister gradvis sin beskyttende effekt gjennom dagen p\u00e5 grunn av faktorer som svette, bading og eksponering for solen. UV-str\u00e5ler for\u00e5rsaker DNA-skader, og brunfarge indikerer at huden fors\u00f8ker \u00e5 beskytte seg mot UV-str\u00e5lene. Uten solbeskyttelse f\u00e5r man raskere og flere DNA-skader i huden, noe som senere blant annet kan f\u00f8re til hudkreft, pigmentflekker og tidlig hudaldring. Derfor er solbeskyttelse viktig for alle, uansett hvilken hudtype man har.<\/p>\n<h3>Myte 7: Solkrem er mindre viktig i Norge enn i varmere land<\/h3>\n<p>Selv om solen kanskje ikke f\u00f8les like intens i Norge som i varmere land, er det like viktig \u00e5 sm\u00f8re seg med solkrem her hjemme. Om sommeren kan UV-str\u00e5lingen v\u00e6re like sterk som i mange andre deler av verden, noe som \u00f8ker risikoen for solskader. I tillegg kan overflater som sand og vann reflektere opptil 80 % av UV-str\u00e5lene, noe som \u00f8ker sjansen for \u00e5 bli solbrent n\u00e6r vannkanten.
